Another important framework for helping the Earth is our political systems, and how they tie into the treatment of the planet and the environment.

Currently, our model creates pressures which lead to environmental catastrophe in many parts of the world. Capitalism as-practiced today also depends on constant growth, which is unsustainable. It incentivizes the collection and conversion of resources, beyond what is needed, without replacement and regeneration. It creates a hellish adscape in which people are constantly bombarded by media intending to make them feel insufficient. I could go on and on... but first, let's see some alternatives!
